We support private equity (PE) operating and holding companies by providing strategic guidance, and by helping build/enhance their leadership capabilities for portfolio companies. We can identify and cultivate top talent, drive performance improvements, and implement best practices to enhance value creation. We specialise in C-suite coaching, transition coaching for newly appointed leaders and frequently work with board chairs responsible for CEO appointment/integration and succession planning.
Interim Leadership Roles
We help you rapidly scale up a business for the short-term without adding employee headcount costs, or going through a protracted hiring process to find the “right” person. Our specialist experience and expertise can help you step up the pace, introduce new ideas and get your business moving in the right direction. We can also help you select the right leader, and stay on until your new leader is ready to roll. Interim tenure can span anywhere from three months to two years, with an average of about six months.
