A two-day leadership workshop was conducted for the Charles & Keith management team on the 2nd and 3rd of June 2025 by Ruchira Chaudhary. The session focused on building a strong foundation in leader-as-coach capabilities, using Ruchira’s evidence-based coaching styles matrix and real-world workplace scenarios.
Through a blend of interactive discussions, reflective exercises, and coaching simulations tailored to the fashion and retail context, the workshop helped participants explore how to coach with clarity, build trust, empower teams, and adapt their style to suit different situations. Leaders left with practical tools and a renewed commitment to embedding a culture of coaching across teams at Charles & Keith.
