She brings a unique blend of boardroom insight and academic depth, serving as affiliate faculty at leading business schools including the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, IMD, NUS, and SMU, where she teaches topics ranging from strategic leadership and governance to organizational transformation.
Her work with senior leaders spans Fortune 500 companies, policy think tanks, government bodies, and social sector institutions. In her advisory capacity, Ruchira collaborates both independently and in partnership with leading strategy and leadership firms, including Kearney, BCG, and Heidrick & Struggles, among others.
